The Flow of an Annual Inspection at Clearwater Airmotive
We like to do things a little differently. As a long time aviators and aircraft owners we understand the looming uncertainty of an annual inspections, a necessary but anxiety-inducing aspect of aircraft ownership. The fear of encountering a substantial and unexpected bill during an annual is always in the back of an aircraft owners mind. Nobody likes surprises and we like happy customers!

We have a defined flow to how our annuals are conducted.

-
The inspection is completed and at the completion, the owner is notified and invoiced In Accordance With (IAW) our flat rate Inspection costs.
-
Upon completion of the inspection, Clearwater Airmotive LLC will contact the owner to coordinate a “walk through” of the aircraft to go through any discrepancies found during the inspection.
-
At this time we will will go over the estimated costs with owner.
-
The owner is the decision making authority to approve, defer, or reject each item. Airworthy items will be noted on the estimate.
-
We will update the estimate with the owner’s guidance and send it to the owner for final approval.
-
Once approved, a Parts Deposit Invoice will be sent to the owner.
-
Once the owner pays the Parts Deposit Invoice we will schedule for repair work to begin.
-
Upon completion of repairs, the final invoice for the repairs minus the parts deposit is sent to the owner.
